Earlier this week, Congress passed a $900 billion COVID-19 relief package.
Through this relief package, small businesses will receive more assistance. The bill gives $284 billion towards the Paycheck Protection Program. Eligibility has been expanded for new business industries and organizations.
Additionally, $2 billion from the package will be assisting certain Small Business Administration’s loan programs.
This COVID-19 relief package also includes individual benefits, unemployment benefits, vaccine assistance and more. The bill now awaits President Trump’s signature.
