Today Gov. Kay Ivey issued her 20th supplemental emergency proclamation that contains an amended Safer at Home Order. The order has been extended until Friday, January 22, 2021, at 5 p.m. The statewide order continues to require individuals to wear a face mask or face covering when in public or when in close contact with individuals. Today Gov. Kay Ivey announced a $200 million grant program, Revive Plus. The grant program provides support to small businesses, non-profits and faith-based organizations that have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The order addresses election workers, plus hospital and nursing home caretakers and visitors. The Safer at Home Order has been extended through Sunday, November 8, at 5 p.m. Individuals should continue to wear face coverings while in public and when in close contact with other people.

Entertainment District: September 26 and October 3 As a reminder, the Auburn City Council established two entertainment districts in downtown Auburn for Saturday, September 26, and Saturday, October 3, to assist downtown businesses and to promote social distancing.
