Account Manager


Job Description

The employee will be responsible for working directly with clients and providing them with excellent service throughout the planning process of their event. The employee will take phone calls, emails and work through other company systems to handle every aspect of each event.  Additionally, the employee will be expected to work during off hours throughout football season and will have the opportunity to work events as a contractor as well. Additional responsibilities may be added at any time. This is a salary position.

Required Eduction

High school diploma or equivleant. 

Required Experience

It is preferred the candidate has two years experience in hospitality. 

Required Skills

  • Ability to communicate with clients and assist them.
  • Ability to receive and follow directions from Director of Accounts.
  • Ability to work in company platforms and staffing platforms.
