HR & Finance Assistant


Job Description

The employee will be responsible for assisting the director of HR & finance with daily tasks such as interviews, payroll, accounting, compiling reports, accounts collections, cash management, etc. The employee will be expected to work during off hours throughout football season and will have the opportunity to work events as a contractor as well. Additional responsibilities may be added at any time. This is an hourly position. 


Required Eduction

High school diploma or equivalent. 

Required Experience

The candidate is preferred to have two years experience in accounting/finance and two years experience in human resources. 

Required Skills


  •  Proficient in Quickbooks Online, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and other computer platforms.
  •  A good understanding of and willingness to learn finance responsibilities.
  • Ability to keep employee information confidential at all times.
  • Ability to hold webcam interviews with potential hires.
