Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate executive communication, including taking calls, responding to emails.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for a high paced setting.
  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
  • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.

Required Experience

  • Previous experience working a housing/construction/real estate office is not required but highly preferred.

Required Skills

  • Self-starter 
  • Motivated
  • Hardworking 
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience 
  • Organized
