Sous-Chef: Full-Time (1) 

  • Wages depend on experience. 
  • Varied hours and varied days 
  • The individual will train, supervise and work with all chef's staff in order to prepare, cook and present food according to hotel standard recipes in order to create quality food products. 

Cook III: Full-time (1) 

  • $9.90 per hour 
  • Varied hours and varied days
  • Responsibilities include: a la carte food preparation, such as salads, sanwiches and desserts. 
  • Previous culinary work experience is required. 
  • The individual must have good working knowledge of the findamentals of cooking, sanitation and kitchen equipment. 
  • The individual must possess basic math skills necessary to understand recipes. 
  • This position requires involvement in physical activity such as grasping, lifting and carrying, as well as moving or pushing goods on a hand truck of up to 200 pounds. 
  • The individual must be able to perform duties in confined spaces within extreme temperatures.  
  • It should be noted that this position is one of support to other kitchen stations. 

Kitchen Steward: Full-time (3) p.m. shift

  • $10.60 per hour 
  • Varied hours and varied days 
  • This position requires indoor/outdoor work. Individuals will come in contact with water and chemicals. 
  • Physical activities include lifting up to 50 pounds. 
  • The individual must have the ability to work well with others, be in a fast-paced environment and adapt well to changes. 
  • This position is responsible for performing duties to maintain the kitchen work areas, restaurant equipment and utensils are clean and in a orderly condition. This position is also reponsible for performing other kitchen duties.
