The Auburn Chamber, along with sponsor representative Stacy Williams Jordan of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Preferred Real Estate, recently presented the first Customer Service Crown of 2018 to Phillis Harris, a crew leaders at McDonald’s of Auburn, located at 1634 Opelika Road.
The customer nomination noted Phillis’s contagious smile and joyful demeanor and said, “I look forward to seeing her every morning for my ‘drive-thru’ inspiration. I have never seen her without a smile on her face. I often wonder how she manages to be so kind on daily basis, seemly without much effort at all. She definitely makes my mornings a lot brighter.”
Phillis has been employed by McDonald’s for five years. And, according to owner Marcus Marshall, “I am not surprised she was nominated, Ms. Phillis always has a smile on her face.”
The Auburn Chamber created the Customer Service Crown in order to recognize and reward individuals in the community for providing excellent customer service, either in special circumstances or during regular interactions.
A Customer Service Crown is awarded each quarter. The deadline for the second quarter nominations is June 29.
