Ronnie Earles of Davis Direct Awarded Customer Service Crown

December 17, 2018—The Auburn Chamber, along with sponsor representative Stacy Williams Jordan of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Preferred Real Estate, recently presented the third Customer Service Crown of 2018 to Ronnie Earles, longtime account representative for Davis Direct, a Montgomery-based printing company with an office on Opelika Road in Auburn.

According to the customer who nominated Ronnie, “I can’t even remember when we met, because he’s always been part of our work family. He’s a class clown who loves to tell stories and make us laugh, but he’s also great at his job; he delivers what he promises and goes out of his way to make it happen.”

Ronnie has been employed with Davis Direct for over 20 years, serving clients all over Alabama. "Ronnie is very good at what he does because he combines hard work with a genuine concern for his customer's best interest. He is just an honest and sincere person." Said Emile Vaughan, owner of Davis Direct.

The Auburn Chamber created the Customer Service Crown in order to recognize and reward individuals in the community for providing excellent customer service, either in special circumstances or during regular interactions.

A Customer Service Crown is awarded each quarter. The deadline for last quarter nominations is December 30. Nominations should include the individual’s name, business name and reason for the nomination. Email nominations to Anna Hovey at anna@auburnchamber.com. The winner is presented an award and a gift certificate to a local retailer.
