MetroPower, Inc., a premier electrical contractor serving the southeastern United States, recently announced that Jason Crowson has been promoted to branch manager for branch 12 in Columbus, Georgia. In the new position, Crowson is responsible for sales and customer satisfaction, planning, personnel development and continuous improvements of the branch operations.
“Jason is an integral part of our Columbus team and I’m excited about his leadership in this new role,” said Larry Christopher, federal division manager for MetroPower. “He is committed to continuing our success and I’m confident he will bring new opportunities for our company.”
As branch manager, Crowson will work to maintain consistent growth in the industrial, federal and jobbing market, uphold the highest safety standards to achieve zero accidents, and deliver the highest quality product and service for the customer.

Crowson started with MetroPower in 1996 in a co-op position while attending Auburn University. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in building science, he joined MetroPower full time and soon became a project manager.
