Jule Collins Smith Museum of Fine Art
The Jule Collins Smith Museum of Fine Art is partnering with the local chapter of Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing, Inc., an organization dedicated to the physical and emotional rehabilitation of disabled active military service personnel and disabled veterans through fly fishing and associated activities, to “Match the Hatch,” in observance of Veterans’ Day on Thursday, November 11. Inspired by the exhibition Outside In, master anglers from the Auburn Chapter of this national non-profit will create realistic-looking lures to “match the hatch.” This event is free and open to the public. The demonstration begins at 2 p.m., with a light reception beginning at 6 p.m. Fly-tying materials will be provided while supplies last.
Join the Jule Collins Smith Museum of Fine Art at their Holiday Open House on Sunday, November 28, from 10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Enjoy the sips and sounds of the season along with discounted merchandise at the Museum store! The Jule Collins Smith Museum of Fine Art is located at 901 South College Street.
The Hive Nutrition Shop
Join The Hive Nutrition Shop on Sunday, November 14, for the 2nd annual Bee Merry Market! The holiday market will take place directly beside The Hive from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Enjoy delicious food from various vendors and food trucks while you shop till you drop!
